update on the craziness of my life...

Just a few updates on the crazy things that seem to be piling up in my family's life...

First of all, Josh's tonsil surgery went extremely well, he's back at school (a little ticked at me for not letting him participate in PE), eating "normal" again (were there any doubts about this one?), and not snoring!!

Dad gets his dreaded kidney stones removed next Friday at Methodist Hospital in Indy. Despite his regular urologist's laziness, we got everything scheduled. The surgeon has found a bunch more stones, so he believes he may need to go in twice in order to get them all, but I have faith that he will be free and clear by the time we come home... hopefully before Easter Sunday!

And on a happier, non-medical note: I am excited to anounce that I am the first member of my Mary Kay unit to be certified in Color Technique and Application! So, thanks to Heath and Paula for joining me at these color clinics so that I could get my Certification!!

Don't we look BEAUTIFUL!!!

So the angle isn't the greatest (don't you love my extra chin?), but I finally have a picture of Paula and I where we both have our faces on and no horses around!

Grab the camera... she's finally sitting still!!!

Finally, I have a picture of Boots... our "house cat" that the kids rescued from the Feed Mill in Leesburg. Hard to tell that this is the same little kitten that weighed 1/2 pound dripping wet. Now we can't keep her still... even the dog is terrified of her!
